  • USA & UK customers: Eligible for 100% reship or full refund if an order is not delivered within the stated timeframes (subject to conditions in our Shipping & Returns Policy).
  • Rest of World: Eligible for partial refund or reship depending on circumstances.
  • No refunds/reships if the address was incorrect, the parcel was refused, or prohibited by local law.
