1. Shipping Coverage
- We ship Worldwide from warehouses in the USA, UK, and Germany.
- Regional dispatch options: USA → USA, UK → UK, Germany → Europe.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing time: typically 24–48 hours (business days).
- Estimated delivery windows:
- USA / UK / EU: 3–7 business days
- Worldwide (outside above): 7–21 business days
- Delays may occur due to customs, courier backlogs, weather events, or local holidays.
3. Tracking & Privacy
To protect customer privacy, we do not share tracking numbers until the estimated delivery period has passed. If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the delivery window, contact us and we will provide status details and next steps.

Exclusions: We cannot refund or reship if:

5. Substitutions
If a product is unavailable, we may ship a different brand or the closest available alternative of the same active ingredient and dosage form.
6. Returns
Due to the nature of medicinal products, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Customs & Import Duties
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations and for any applicable duties or taxes. We cannot be held responsible for items seized by customs.
